Where does your vanilla come from?
Our vanilla is 100% natural, harvested directly in Madagascar by local producers who are partners of our association, Mon Mada Ă Moi. Every purchase helps support Malagasy families and artisans.
What is Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar?
Bourbon vanilla is renowned as the best in the world. Our pods are long, plump, rich in vanillin and have an intense aroma, ideal for baking, cooking or infusions.
How to store vanilla pods?
Store them in a glass tube or an airtight jar.
âą Place them away from light, air and moisture.
âą Do not put them in the refrigerator.
Tip: You can add a little rum or sugar to the jar to preserve the aroma longer.
What is the shelf life?
When stored properly, our pods retain all their qualities for 12 to 18 months. They even become more fragrant over time.
How to use vanilla pods?
âą Open the pod with a thin knife.
âą Scrape off the small black seeds (vanilla caviar).
âą Use them in your pastries, creams, yogurts, drinks, etc.
The pod can be reused several times in infusions or in vanilla sugar.

âą Europe: âŹ6.90 to âŹ15.90 (free for orders over âŹ100). Delivery time: 4 to 7 business days.
âą International: âŹ9.90 to âŹ24.90 (free for orders over âŹ150). Delivery time: 7 to 15 business days.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package in real time.
